The Review Process
The issue editor forwards the submissions, in anonymous form, to two anonymous reviewers. The reviewers will make critical evaluations of each individual article, in accordance with the journal?s assessment criteria, and propose its acceptance or rejection for publication. The assessment process takes 4 or 5 weeks. The reviewers? observations and recommendations will be communicated to the authors by the issue editor. The articles accepted for publication which require emendation by the authors must be resubmitted at the latest by 2 June and 2 November, respectively. The final decision regarding the acceptance or rejection of the material falls to the editorial board.
