DANA ENACHE is associate professor at the Faculty of Arts, Ovidius University of Constanţa and an actress at the State Theatre of Constanţa. She teaches the Technique and Art of Vocal Delivery on Stage, Stage Improvisation, and The Art of the Actor (which she also teaches at the Queen Mary College of Arts Constanța). She is the author of Personajul cehovian, concept formativ–paradigmatic (Chekhov’s Character: A Formative-Paradigmatic Concept, Iași, Artes). Supervisor of academic projects: the Student Actor Graduation Day, 2010; theatre plays: S. Beckett’s Happy Days (2010), Iuliana Mihalcea’s Home for Sale (2012), The Incorruptible, the musical adaptation of Teodor Mazilu’s Fools under Moonlight (2015); workshops: We and Caragiale, (2013), The Art of the Actor and Logical Mechanisms (2014), Speech, the Mirror of Thought (2015); the student symposium Dancing, a Modus Vivendi (2013). Stage parts: the Student in E. Ionesco’s The Lesson (dir. Mihai Măniuţiu), Polly in V. Havel’s The Carousel (dir. Petre Bokor), Mariana in Molière’s Tartuffe (dir. Mircea Cornişteanu), Hippolyta in W. Shakespeare’s A Midsummer Night’s Dream (dir. Tudor Mărăscu), Varia in A.P. Chekhov’s The Cherry Orchard (dir. Dan Vasile), Elizabeth Procter in A. Miller’s The Crucible (dir. Gordon Edelstein), Banța in Niște Năroji (Certain Fools) (dir. Iulian Enache), and Agave in Dionysus after Euripides (dir. Danielle Salvo). She has acted in films directed by Mircea Veroiu, Nicolae Mărgineanu, Mircea Moldovan, and Iulia Rugină.
