ROTIROTI GIOVANNI - Eugène Ionesco tra disegno e poesia
(pag. 235-246)
This article attempts to unveil and explain the subtle connections between "Elegies for Minuscule Beings"(Elegii pentru fiinŃe mici), a volume of poetry written by Eugene Ionesco, and "White and Black"(Le blanc et le noir) by the same author. At the core of Ionesco's meditation on the sacred, on the scandalous nature of death, or on the extent of tragic, there are the author's drawings and etchings that keep the secret of his encounter with the Romanian poetic expression. The point of contact between the real and the memory is graphically theatricalized exposing the vulnerabilities of the subject.

ROTIROTI GIOVANNI - «Mon espoir est à l’est». L’equivoco epistolare tra Paul Celan e Petre Solomon sullo scenario dell’amicizia.
(pag. 95-102)
The article explores the correspondence exchanged by Paul Celan and poet and editor Petre Solomon beginning with the late fourties. The author builds on the definition that J. Dérrida gave to friendship – a dual relation that involves a shared affectivity, shared choice and also a symbolic “third”, which is the continuum of the discourse, in the case of friendship carried on through letters.Friendship is the pretext for an original analysis of the “secrecy” typical to Paul Celan’s poetry; the letters partially reveal some of the “secrets” of Celan’s poetry within the secure space of a discourse destined to a friend. Thus, the correspondence is the intruder and also an interpreter of the poetic mechanisms specific to Paul Celan.
